Who owns it
Moeletsi Africa is a software product owned by Evertol Associates (Pty) Ltd, a South African registered company. It is built and operated by Cabanga Platforms, the platform division of Cabanga Africa Group.
Every right in the platform that is not expressly granted below is reserved to Evertol Associates (Pty) Ltd.
What is protected
- The software. The source code, the data structures, the routing logic, the request and verification flows, and the interface built on top of them.
- The illustrations. Every scene and every icon on this platform was drawn for it. None of it is stock, and none of it is licensed from anywhere else.
- The written content. The country guides, the authority summaries, the Network Charter, the service descriptions and the editorial copy throughout.
- The service taxonomy. The six pillars and the seventy-two routable services beneath them, as a structure and as a selection.
- The brand. The name Moeletsi Africa, the marketplace mark, the wordmark, and the design system they sit in.
What you are free to do
Read it, link to it, share it and quote it. This platform is published to be found, read and cited, and that includes by search engines and AI answer engines - our crawl policy says so in writing. Quote a short passage, attribute it to Moeletsi Africa, and link back to the page you took it from.
What needs our permission
- Reproducing or republishing the whole platform, or a substantial part of it, anywhere else.
- Extracting the provider records, the country data or the service taxonomy to build or feed a competing directory, marketplace or network.
- Reusing the illustrations, the icon set, the mark or the design system in any other product, publication or campaign.
- Framing, mirroring or white-labelling this platform, in whole or in part.
- Creating a derivative product from the software itself.

Material that is not ours
The names, marks and logos of member firms belong to those firms and appear here with their permission for the purpose of the listing. The names of registries, revenue authorities and government bodies are used descriptively, to say where work is filed; no affiliation, endorsement or partnership is implied by naming them. The magazine editions referenced on this platform belong to Cabanga Africa Group.

Moeletsi, Moeletsi Africa and the marketplace mark are trade marks of Evertol Associates (Pty) Ltd and may not be used without written permission.
